try this... it says it's for cisco ip phones, but it should work for Avaya as well. (make sure encryption is off when you go to multivantage 1.3 or later!) You just sniff the traffic on the phones you want to record and use this nifty little tool http://vomit.xtdnet.nl/ btw it's freeware

I have only one that's connected tot the network in a stack of four (with one s8300). Pretty soon I'll be connecting a second one (just for redundancy). It took some time to find out how two network-interfaces should be connected to a cisco catalyst switch.

Must be a bug. Had the same problem on R10. Have Multivantage 1.3 now and no more errors. I'm aware this doesn't really qualify as a patch! :)
