Our sys adm left. She was the superuser. How do we set a new superuser

If you have the old superused ID and password, you should be able to program in a new superuser. If you don't have that info, your maintenance provider should be able to set one up for you.

Avaya will charge u to reset the password whether or not u have maintenance. But they can do it if u have a remote maintenance line.
