    if your looking for the log files they are in the maintenance area. log in to Maintenance and at the bottom on the left is "Browse Logs Folder" when that opens click Callpilot then Call Center. is that the log your looking for?

    i had a very simmilar situation and it turned out to be that the system name of the BCM was the same as the company's domain controller. the symptoms were almost exactly the same as you are describing. it would be worth a look i think.

    in the agent properties Automatic Answer must be checked or the call will ring.

    you type F78 where ever you want a pause. if you want a pause before phone number 123-4567 you would enter F781234567. that is the way it looks in the speed dial list but when you use it you will see the little picture of the watch.

    you have to change the remote package on the VoIP lines to one that has the VoIP pool in it. it defaults to package 00 which can't be changed and doesn't include the VoIP pool.

    this problem is caused by a setting in your browser. pop ups are blocked. fix that and the bcm will accept your change.

    what type trunks are you using? T1 or copper. try setting disconnect supervision to no.

    did you know that if your build is 3.anything it already has cummulative patch 2.0 applied. you just have to apply the ones after 2.0. i know the wizard says checking for patches needed and then installs cummualtive 2.0 anyway but it doesn't need them. this is per Nortel teir 2.

    here is how to fix this problem. by default the bcm sets the clocking to Master. it has to be changed to primary. this will fix the ata problem.

    it depends on the version of BCM software you have. I think 3.5 is when it started being "Context Sensitive"
