The following is from a customer and I am curious if anyone else has had anything remotely close to this issue come up before.

"If a mailbox had a ton of messages in it, and then it was all gone.....What could have happened? Only to that 1 mailbox..... Is there any way to get them back? We had a person out for a week and she did not do anything
with her messages yesterday and they are not here today.........."
