Not sure if we need to setup the help feature of the BCM. I've installed a few BCM before but I don't remember setting up anything to make the help feature works. What I'm talking about is that if you are in a page for example when your in Telephony Services-Active Set DNS- Ext 221- Capabilities, you can use the help page and you a browser opens up to get you help on what choices you have. This BCM that I am working on does not go to the same page that I am working on. It always go the same page, my guess is the hom page of the bcm help. I hope somebody out there can help me out as I really need the help page instead of opening my cd documentation.
