Rollers will work. The fuser has a crum and handshakes with the printer. The belt cleaner might work if it bolts up. Just have to reset the count.

Third party ink in it? If so, it sticks to the drum and will do that. Sometimes the paper will stick to the drum on the first pass.

The drum heater is out. A search on google will find somwe enter prising individuals that sell a kit to repair. Or, you can go to Lowes and get two 150 watt halogen bulbs and replace them yourself for 15 bucks.

Also, if the colors seem to be mixing, then the printhead is leaking internally. The laminated plates forming the ink passages allow ink to cross migrate. Then on solid fills, it can't keep the flow even.

Take the side cover off and see if the drum cooling fan is running when it says "warming". That is a catch all for various activities like melting ink or trying to control the drum temp.

Sram is on the engine control bd. Replacing it is the only cure. Also the reason consumables don't update

With the cover off, does the pick clutch rotate and move the paper? Does the black plastic guide that the paper enters have 2 paths? They are prone to breaking after several years exposure to the heat inside the unit. There should also be a pass flag on the right side of that guide. If so, then...

Does it print on regular paper in the right spot? Does the printer know it's label stock and set for such?

Check the error history under troubleshooting menu or service tools. Look for the above mentioned error (drum clutch bad) or 11,00X --power supply error. Other ones like 13,00X--bad error --printhead.

Print out the status page under service tools. See if there is a power down issue. Those pages have more error codes then history does. Also print out the service profile pages. It lists a lot of engineering items. Some will relate to temperature cool downs, power line problems, printhead actions.

You have a bad paper handling motor or the gear train is jammed up. Other possibilties aor a bound up paper pick and feed device---ie clutch, shaft bearing, paper wrapped around a roller or a bad print engine bd. Take the back cover off and manually turn the motor. It is toward the paper input...

You need a 351-1106-00

There is a flag that hangs in the duplex path. It is accedssable by removing the side covers and then the display assembly. Turn it over and release the retention snaps and separate the pieces. The flag is visible at this time. It is usually held in place by snaps on the sensor body.
