Which second hand SRA3 printer? Xerox or other?

Hello,

Hope somebody can advise i'm a bit of a virgin newbie to laser printers..

Currently I have phaser 7300 but would like something else..
Pros and cons with mine that I need to bare in Mind.

Pros..
SRA3
Sideoutput + input tray
Handles thick Card OKish. (from tech specs I've read that it xerox handles better than other makes.)

Cons:
Jams frequently with 300gsm
Print quality not great.

Baring the above in mind any sugestions on what I should go for?

How does 7400 print quality compare to 7300?

How do 7300 and 7400 compare to 77series(7700 7750 7760)?

With 77xx I've noticed they only have a finishing tray as side output.. what happens if you dont have a finisher? Can you still use the slot where it would come out of if finisher was there?

OR should I just go for another make? HP OKI??

7760 (current) will handle up to 255 gsm. With no finisher, the paper exits on top of the machine. The Phaser 7400 is being replaced by the 7500 (improvement over the 7400 with a propietary led head). 7760 is laser. 7300,7400, 7500 are led technology.
