Hi,

on startup I've got printer error 07,010.43:82019 all the time.
anyone knows what's wrong?
anyone has access to a service manual?

gr,

WimA

This can be the process gearbox out of alignment, the p-head restraints are broken/stuck, the wiper is stuck to the p-head.
Check the process gearbox, use a pin in the two holes that align the hole in the gears. Check that the small white gear at the bottom is aligned with the arrow.
Spilled ink around the roll block can prevent head tilt.
If this is not clear to you, take to a shop.

Where the maintenance roller slides in. Take it out and look at the mounting plate. Is it white? If so, probably cracked and the cam that moves it is cracked as well. Also, since it has some age on it, take out the ink loader and look down on the left side to see if any ink is piled up around the white gear or behind the printhead. Anything that blocks movement of the head and the maintenance pivot cam is also one of the parts moving the printhead via a gear on the end of the shaft, will give that error.

hi everybody,

by this way i want to thanks all of you that help me, with your post and thread,
i just catch from the dustbin an old 8400,
with error message 07,010.43 and you help me with your explanantion i found on the forum.
by the way, there were a lot of dust in the printer, and initialisation was not taking place correctly.
i clean the printer, and it worksvery well now.
except up to tomorrow evening....
there were a total electric cut, for the supplyer,
and my printer was on !

that morning bad news, error 37,002,47 shown on screen display..
it seem's it's a Printhead Left jetstack power supply problem, as describe in documentation,
do you have any experiences with that, or do i have to considere that my printhead is dead ?

you will be very pleasant to help me ;-)

ps: sorry for my orthography fault, english is not my native language !
