I received instructions and very carefully replaced the halogen bulbs. Put it all back and now on post boot it comes up with: Paper Jam open Front

Hi, I'm guessing a flag broke or something else is not correct. I got the instructions, replaced the lamps, and on boot up I get a paper jam error I can't get passed. Tells me to open front panel and clear jam but there isn't one. Any ideas where to look would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Dave

Running diagnostics says the paer size A sensor is the problem. Where can I get this , if this is true ?

Also what sould I look for as far as damge to this sensor ?

Thanks, Dave

I was able to get it up and running by carefully gluing the flags back on. They are in a low stress envireonment and I figured it was worth trying. I had 2 flags broke, both on the upper roller assembly. A small white one and a smaller black one. Luckily they were clean breaks. So far so good.

Thanks for the help ,
Dave
