Thanks Tim. I am using a ISDN-PRI and I do have both Name and number as Y on the 2nd page of the trunk group. It was already that way so there may be something else. I also did a trace on and outgoing call though the PRI and it said No CPname.

Has anyone wrote a vector to prompt the user for the info rather then giving the step by step process. If a user is on the road then they could dial in and be prompted for the info to enter.
