I googled it, and didnt come up with much on it. However, the few instances of tkl.exe ran in windows, not system32. Bad and mof (mofo?) seems like a tipoff that it isnt any good.
Most slowdowns are adware or spyware related. Get adaware from lavasoft and spybot search and destroy, and Microsofts Antispyware beta, and use those. Use google to find them.

bobby, what trojan does NAV say it is? You might try a scan and removing it while in safemode. Or the site may have a removal tool, if you know the name of the trojan.
