NIS 2005 is blocking internet access

Computer is running XP Pro with SP2. The latest updates were installed today. The Symantec live update was also run. This problem just started today after the updates were installed.

I've checked the firewall settings and all looks ok. The correct range of IP addresses is listed, and I have network file access.

If I disable the Norton firewall, then Internet acess is fine. I've re-run the program scan.

Any ideas appreciated.
