Hotmail Unauthorized Access 1

Hi, wondering if there is any way to determine whether someone is accessing my hotmail account using my password. Is there a way to determine from what source or by whom it is being accessed? Contacted hotmail staff but not very helpful. I believe I'm being "stalked" through my emails but I need proof before I can take any legal action. Any thoughts would help. thank you

yes i already changed my password but i think she is figuring out my passwords so i'm trying to determine whether or not i can find out if she is accessing my account with my password

Log into your account change your secret question. If she would know all the obvious answers use a fake answer which only you would know the answer to. Then change your password to one you have never used before using alpha-numeric characters so who ever it is can not guess it.

I would also start checking for a keylogger or trojan on your comp.
