please i would like to know how to get rid of my virus i can t quarantine it, i can t delete it.

its a trojan horses and its in my C\WINDOWS\appgy.exe

i don t want to loose my computer, i would like to know what to do i have know one to help me and im willing to learn to get ride of it

if you can t help me can you tell me where i can go to have help

bobby, what trojan does NAV say it is? You might try a scan and removing it while in safemode. Or the site may have a removal tool, if you know the name of the trojan.
