hi, i ve got keylog-ardamax.dll on pc and i cant remove it with anything..any idea how to do it?

given the name of the file, I would be careful about typing passwords and other sensitive info until you get it resolved. Did you see the FAQ has a place to cut/paste your log for automatic analysis?
