Hi UCXaus
Have you tried a SIP trace? or a Wireshark Trace?
I am not sure the name will be displayed in the CCS trace, but will definitely be shown in the SIP trace

This should be entirely possible with the correct firmware.
This is some info from the Ascom troubleshooting manual
Load Firmware Using the Gwload Tool
Download the Gwload software and the latest .bin file to a folder i.e. C:\gw
Set the IPBS in TFTP-mode by performing a medium (~3 sec)...
All MXe systems from the original to the current have 512MB RAM installed.
The MXe software installed can be upgraded to the latest Rel MCD 6.0 as long as the Software assurance is active on the App record.
If you are only using it for a DISA box then I see no reason to upgrade as the current...
A couple of things to check
In Class of service make sure Name Suppression on Outgoing Trunk Call in not enabled
Check the Calling Line ID settings in the SIP per profile.
You may have to play with hese as it depends on your service provider.
Also take a look at the Signaling and Header...
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but unfortunately it will probably involve a full rebuild.
What version MCD are you running? if 4.0 or below it is possible to rectify via the SX2000 console but once GDM SDS sync is enabled then it is not possible to edit the SX2000 console forms anymore...
As Alphamann has already stated the only time SIP trunks go compressed is when they are in different zones from the MCD
Make sure they match and then it should be uncompressed e.g. zone 1 on Local MCD and Zone 1 on the SIP peer in the Network Elements form
ISDN compression works differently and...
There is an option in the Class of Service
Display Caller ID on Multicall/Keylines default is No
You can also adjust the time it is displayed
As KWB has already suggested or make the DDI a Name-Tag Hunt Group number this will also display the name. You can add multicall and multiline key line...
Same version as the one I already have and it works ok with Win7
If you are having trouble with Win7 you could always enable the free Windows XP Mode and then run it

OK so if there are two systems and you want to improve voice quality?
What is the bandwidth of this link? have you got any QoS setup on this link?
If the bandwidth is quite small then you could consider compression or xnet

MBG/Teleworker is not required for phones if a local MCD is in place (office).
Teleworker is for remote users where there is a Broadband ADSL/cable modem connection.
An MCD is still required with MBG/Teleworker the MBG handles the internet transmission better, and is more secure as it is also a...
Hi Dan,
I am sure you can do this without the need of TDM conversion.
In the SIP Peer Profile in the Call Routing section there is an option 'Alternate Destination Domain Enabled' when enabled will allow the header to be changed.
Select 'Yes' to allow the administrator to specify the alternate...
Hi KWB yes I understand that but the original post did not mention XNET only MSDN/DPNSS
XNET can as you correctly state only be done via PRI on NSU or hybrid XNET on embedded PRI with LAN for signalling.
For everything else DPNSS supports full MSDN between systems.
Perhaps Dan can enlighten what...
Have you added the the other MCD's to the VM Network servers form?
As you have performed such a big jump in software upgrade then I suspect that the form is either incomplete or missing.

You need tap licences on the MBG/SRC for each simultaneous recording session.
Redbox supports indirect recording where the phone sends a secondary voice stream direct to the Redbox.
All this is possible with teleworker users as well as internal users.
So in essence the answer is yes.
