    Is the date showing 01/01/1899 or similar? There is a recurring problem in some releases of Delta server where this happens, either use a private release or one that works.

    How are you routing calls from the line to the destination? in Incoming call route do you have it going straight to a group/extension(Name or number? Names also need to be unique in SCN's) or via voicemail first? And can you post the extension ranges, hunt group numbers and names in question...

    Can your ITSP set the account up differently, so you have Multiple valid telephone numbers on the account with a maximum call limit of 10? You can then program DID's to route incoming calls.

    Whats your current external IP address's on the Draytek? I would have assumed it would get an IP from the ISP for its Dialer interface as well as having an IP in your /29 range on its ethernet. Unless the draytek is just a bridge, with the Firebox doing PPP?

    On all our sites we have an SBS2003 server with exchange, but on some in the past I have installed the SMTP option that is with IIS. What OS is the VM PC running?

    Configuring 857 Router

    Leave NAT off on the 857, assign an external address in the /29 space to the 857's ethernet interface, make sure there is a default route on the 857 to the DSL interface (Dialer1). As long as your dialer has the correct PPP details it should work a treat.

    Install an SMTP service on the VM PC, lots of different ones to choose from, as long as the PC has internet access of some type.

    Change in CDP handling in recent IOS updates?

    Many IP handsets get these settings via DHCP options or TFTP a script file on boot, these handsets don't or can't do similar? Relying on a proprietry protocol to recieve this info doesn't seem to be the most sensible way to do it.

    We had a play with this as well, try looking in the Audiocodes for the Caller ID that is being sent from IPOffice - UM. We had it integrated via analog extensions, and did it the same way that analog fax servers work with the IPO. We had no way to signal back to the IPO to light the MW lamp...

    do a google search with : index apache bin c800 Try replacing c800 with c837, c837-12 etc to search for a specific filename. The interesting links are named "Index of....", "Index of /files/IOS/804" for example.

    What causes licenses to go Invalid

    Have a look in the C:\DbgOut.txt file on the dongle PC, you may be able to find the interval that it checks. Look for Hiword, Status and Loword entries. We got so sick of dongle issues pre serial days that we used a crack for keyserve, so its been a while since I've done anything with this.

    IPO DHCP Server...What's the point??

    Do five simultaneous DHCP requests from devices still cause the LAN to stop responding? Used to happen all the time which may be why they now reccomend this.
