I had an issue at On Thursday, trying to handle more than 3 calls or more. It is not a vcm issue, I had the same
problem if I used a 6408D+ phones ( used 1 vcm per call ), or 4621SW ( used o vcm per call, except 3 way conference, then used 3 vcms ).
I have SOE v4.0 (10), I have 6 channels on callcentric. I opened help ticket, call centric says IP office is rejecting more than 2 channels. I have 2 Sip/Endpoint licences. When I bought the second licence, My avaya buisness partner told Me I only need 1 licence per endpoint, not channel.
I can make, and recieve calls no problem on callcentric, just cannot make/receive more than 2 at a time.
Any suggestions?
