Back to the question of trying to get IP Office to work with Microsoft Unified Messaging. We have an Audiocodes Mediant 2000 connected to IP Office 500 with T1.

The Median 2000 acts as a gateway to the
Exchange. A short code 2500 (dial over QSIG) is
created and able to connect and hear the message from
the Exchange 2007 Auto Attendant. A mail box 2500 is
also created in the Exchange but when we dial 2500 it
always goes to the Auto Attendant of the UM, never to the actual 2500 mailbox's greeting on the UM. Any help will be appreciated. We have also tried with SIP Trunking connected to UM and it does not work either.

We had a play with this as well, try looking in the Audiocodes for the Caller ID that is being sent from IPOffice - UM.

We had it integrated via analog extensions, and did it the same way that analog fax servers work with the IPO. We had no way to signal back to the IPO to light the MW lamp though, which was only a small issue since VM's go to email.
