    In the RDB, is your SIGO prompt set the same at both ends? ESN5 inserts digits. STD does not.

    Try a call by dialing the ACOD of the route, then the number at the other end.

    Check the DSEL prompt in your Route Data Block RDB on both switches. They should both be VOD or 3VCE. They need to match. VOD inserts the extra digits. If the other end is 3VCE it does not know what to do with the extra digits.
