CP mini System ID

Im trying to find out the system id of this callpilot mini does anyone know how to find it? Is it the MAC address?

Through a Norstar phone or Through the web interface?

Im not sure what you mean? I tried Feature 983 and it says inactive feature.

Plug your laptop into the 9 pin serial interface and reboot. The ID will come up during reboot.

What does it say I did that but I cant identify what it is. Is it the MAC address?

If you configure Procomm or Hyperterm, and connect to that port, you'll see the basic system load.
