These are two differnt set-ups , RCA jack voice goes through the soundcard , USB headset sound is ported through the USB port. ( HID device) different standards
I would recommend USB though

Are you using tapes, DVD or SAN solution it will come up when the call record in the database can not find the correlating WAV file on the storage system
