Hi all,

I am wondering what customer is to provide for implimenting Avaya UC,

The following we bought

Avaya S 8510 & G 450 with CM 5.1

Audix LX

UCE R1.X AE SVCS 4.0 UNFD DSKTP /E
UCE R1.X ONE-XC R1.X SFTW /E
UCE R1.X ONE-X PORTAL R1.X STD RTU /E
UCE R1.X EC500 R8.X SM LIC /E
UCE R1.X ONE-X MOBILE R1.X CLIENT /E
UCE R1.X 46XX VPN R2.X LIC /E
UCE R1.X STD/W CM5+ NEW SEAT 251-500

i asked the supplier he told he will come back to us but it is taking too long for the above config waht we need from our end to enable the Avaya UC & use efficiently

Pls guide me

UCE R1.X AE SVCS 4.0 UNFD DSKTP /E =>You need AES server, you can download the software for this from the Avaya support website

UCE R1.X ONE-XC R1.X SFTW /E => softphone oneX communicator will work voice only, video is a seperate license.

UCE R1.X ONE-X PORTAL R1.X STD RTU /E =>web portal control of EC500 / voicemail / conference features, needs server software

UCE R1.X EC500 R8.X SM LIC /E =>This the extension to Cellular ( call will ring on mobile and desktop phone)

UCE R1.X ONE-X MOBILE R1.X CLIENT /E
you would need the mobile server for this to work

UCE R1.X 46XX VPN R2.X LIC /E
VPN hardphone , phone can connect through VPN/Firewall direct to PBX

UCE R1.X STD/W CM5+ NEW SEAT 251-500
