Hi . does anyone know of any settings on the NBX that would cause calls to disconnect after 4 hours . I have been asked about this today and i can't see any info , Only thing i can find is a line provider fail safe disconnect . Any info will be appreciated . Regards . John .

Turns out they had an Analogue phone plugged into a Digital extn. port and the attendant problem was incorrectly reported . Thank you all for your help .

You would first need to check if you have a BRI or LCOB system , If it has a BRI card you can't connect one analogue line to it without the LCOB .

Is the SLT connected using an adapter ? If so Please try a PABX master adapter or check the SLT for a ringer volume switch or slider .

Your system will need a DTRU board to send DTMF tones fro any hand set on system

Call BT to Make sure that you are set on point to point and not point to multy point failing that probably a faulty BRI card are suggested by Wishforall

Hi Jez from the system attendant normally station 100 first port on system pgm 108 for ip settings and pgm 140-142 for line programming make sure that only line 3&4 are in line group 1 and the rest in line group 2 that will sort it for you .
