I've had an LG ipLDK20 from new (now 18 months old) and have had the same problem 3 times now. It appears to intermittently 'fail' and cuts the lines off. If someone tries to call they get 'this number is not known'. We run with 2 ISDN2e lines giving 4 channels. There are 2 BT ISDN boxes on the wall with a green light. When the unit 'fails' the lines flash. Sometimes it just corrects itself, other times we have to turn off at the mains to re-boot, which works for a time. Has anybody any ideas, and also is there someone out there who can offer a fix. We're based in Worksop, nr Sheffield.

Have had this problem for a while now. In NZ it seems to be Mux fed ISDN instead of telephone exchange fed ISDN.

As yet we have not found a solution but if you try dialing out on each line from the phone system, it seems to reconnect and all is good for a while.

You will have to access each line individually for this to work, especially the pilot line or you may still not get calls.

I have seen this many of the ipLDK 20 systems. 80% of the time it is a faulty BRIM.
Try a replacement card and keep monitoring for a few months see if the problem improves.

Call BT to Make sure that you are set on point to point and not point to multy point failing that probably a faulty BRI card are suggested by Wishforall

and if thats the case your tei type needs to be fixed , buttons lit , then reset system
