Hi All,

I have just inherited a customer who has an LG Nortel ipldk100 and was just looking for some help with programming the flexible keys on the phone. Some of the phones have lines assigned to the buttons and my customer would like this to be available on other extensions. Also some of the keys on handsets do not correspond (check in, check out, set alarm, cancel alarm, delete buffer) and I cannot find the codes anywhere

Please help!!!!!!!

Hi Mallers Do you have a copy of LDK PC Admin software ? if so it is easier to change the programming on Flex keys with this software as codes are hidden behind the interface , You can also find the codes in the manual how ever one of the other chaps on the forum may be able to provide a link to this . Flex button assignment can be done from the attendant station on pgm 115
