I tried it here and it works like a regular trunk group. It will start at the last member and will only access one member at a time. I'll see if there is some way but according to the NTP's there is no such thing as an all call with paging, due to the fact it will sieze 1 member at a time...
I'm not positive it will work but if it built as a PAG route you can try and put all the TN's in the same route. I'm just not certain if it will access the trunks at the same time now that I think about it. I would give it a shot. That would be the only thing I would try.
First go to load 21 and enter LTM at the request propmt. After the LTM prints out find the pag route and note the TN. The go to LD 32 and enter DISU tn(this is the TN from the LTM. wait about 20 seconds then enter ENLU same tn. After that go back to LD 21 and PRT the TYPE RDB and enter the...
If you are useing the mini carrier you could set them all into 1 route with 884 as the ACOD. Do you still want to be able to access a local page to each building or will it always be an all call?
No. Any PC or server on the CLAN. I'm not sure about it only being available for Windows 2000. I think that applies more to MyCallpilot. The other thing about reporter is it prefers to use the server name for Callpilot no the IP address, so you will need the name on the DNS server or you...
For reporter to run you just need to install the CP software on a plain network PC. cpmgr is installed and it knows that it is for reporter. You should not require any additional keycodes to bring up reporter. If I understand it correctly.
Yes. You would need a MOH route built for each source then at least 1 member. Then the numbers that you wanted to get that message would need to come down a specific route to get that recording. Keep in mind if you built it the old fasion way, using a trunk port, you will need a conference...
In LD 21 prt, TYPE RDR. Check the OPT, this is the first line printed. Check to see if CFO or CFF, this should be set to CFF for what are trying to do. CFO tells the system to follow the NCOS of the originating TN, for internal calls usually no trouble but for trunks the default is NCOS 0...
As long as the calls are sent to different ACD queues then the answer would be yes. The ACD queues have RAN announcements that would give the individual announcements. Other then that the MOH is determined on a Route basis so to get different MOH for different departments the calls would need...
Another reason for NPA/NXX is for CDR reports. With everything as an SPN the information sent to most CDR systems may be mistakenly ID for a call type it isn't.
To make changes to the System Speedcall List go to ld 18. REQ: CHG

8 is the SPRE Code. That plus 6 is used for Auth codes. This is a system default. You can set it up as trailing digit. That would allow the user to dial the whole number and then prompt them for an Auth code. this method works great. If you refer to the features and services NTP's it can...
In the DDB. Just leave it with no PREF(primary reference) this will set it to freerun. Do you have a CC card?? You didn't mention, you may already have one on another T1 card.
