Environment variables are anything that is set in the environment. There isn't a "fixed" set of variables. Start->Help and select "Environment Variable" on the Index tab. This should provide the information you seek.

That's the way it is currently installed, as a local printer to a networked workstation and shared accordingly. That is NOT how I want it to be. I want to add a networked print server on the wireless network, which will allow the printer to be networked without having to be shared.
As a...
No solution yet. Right now the d145 and the 3330 are both connected to a PC/print server that is on the wireless network. Unfortunately, this is the only simple way I see of making it work.

Is the latest postscript driver that you downloaded Win 95 compatible? Or is it for Windows 2K/XP? Make sure that the driver for the printer is OS correct, if it is OS specific. With older OS's, latest is not necessarily the greatest. :)

You could always create a "dummy" sheet with links to the two graphs and then print the dummy sheet. There would be no need to update the dummy sheet as updating the graphs on the real sheets would be carried through to the dummy sheet because of the links.

Are you trying to delete the Links FOLDER? AFAIK, that folder will always be recreated as it is needed to maintain the "Links" links. Therefore, you cannot remove it from the Favorites list, but you can remove it from the menu bar.
I have a wired network connection to my Wireless Access Point Router (BEFW11S4 v2) from my primary desktop PC. Also, all the other PC's, including the primary, have a wireless network connection using Wireless USB Network Adapaters (WSUB11). Laptops connect using PCI cards (WPC11). Everything...
The watermark process is simply a word document that was printed to the printer, but captured to a file (print to file was check when printing). Then all that is done is to copy the resulting printer file to the printer from a CMD window. Obviously, it can be done directly from Word as well or...
Win2K allocates network connections "on demand". That is, unless a connection is used, it will eventually be disconnected. This is to save resources. It should not affect anything you are doing across the network, as the connection will be re-established when necessary. IF you go...
Have you tried it again for the same offending PC? It may be a temporary glitch that you ran into. Apparently it is not a printer problem (unless it was a fluke) since it printed fine from another PC. Also, try printing it from the same offending PC but to a different printer.

Sounds like you want to defeat the purpose of the VPN. If your vendor is sending data directly to the printer, why not ask them to also send you a file with the data elements for use with your WO system. Besides that, chances are the information being sent to the printer is in printer format...
We process our laser checks twice. First with the check information (payee, amount, etc.) and then a second pass to overwrite the information with a watermark type logo design. This prevents fraud and forgery. Can't do that quickly with a dot-matrix printer. However, if you have lots of...
See thread616-437790 for the reason and the answer.
In short, the problem can be resolved by removing one of the updates. See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;329170 for details.

Also, make sure secure boot settings has the "Require users to press Ctrl-Alt-Delete before logging on" item checked.
Control Panel -> Users and Passwords -> Advanced tab :: Secure Boot Setting section
