When I upgraded Avaya captured the historical data from the system. Then Loaded this data into the new system as ACD1Hist. The New system had ACD1 and ACD1Hist.

It has been My experience when you save the report as a script it will ask you for the user name and password. You then create a windows task to run the report on your schedule. I never had to regedit anything
