My understating is only to have more that one line appear.
There has to one per group.
Several per group.
There are several phones to the group.

We have 8 phones built like extension 1882.
Just today we had 4 phones ringing (3 busy, one not answered).
Could we create a 2nd Hunt Group for 1966?

This is how I do it. If a number needs more that three See Below



BUTTON ASSIGNMENTS

2: call-appr 6: call-appr
3: call-appr 7: call-appr
4: call-appr 8: call-appr
when you assign the bridge appearance it will button 1 through 8. Then you can decide what user will get the most calls buttons 1 through 3 and least 4 through 8.
