The migration tool was at the 3rd step Migrating Bootloader for almost 2 hours before I cancelled it and gave up. The audit and DB backup steps completed fairly quickly.
The system was still up and operational and nothing was happening on the console.

If you use the serial port and type cd "/db/temp/amc" (Including the quotations) you should be able to get the ARID you could then perform a full re-installation with the same software level and try to licence...
Has this been setup to use Master Profiles?
Take a look in C:\ProgramData\Mitel\MiVoice Business Console\config and open the ConfigWizardSettings xml file and see if the correct IP is there.
You need to edit the system prompts from the Administrator mailbox;

I think the prompt you will need is 019
Use option 9 to reinstate the original system prompt.
