Hi all.

I have changed the IP address of my 3300ICP. There is a MiVB console v8 on Windows 7 PC that was connected to the 3300 and working.
After the IP address change I ran configuration wizard on MiVB console and entered the new ICP IP address.
When MiVB console is launched it shows - connecting to the old IP address and then fails to work. However if I go to File and connect to ESM it goes to the new IP address.
How can this be fixed?

Check the IP address in the ICP/PBX Form

Thanks for the response but i don't follow you. Please give detail.

There is a form called ICP/PBX - Check it for the old address.

It might be XNET ICP/PBX

Under Trunking / XNET trunking

I'm sorry, if you need more direction than that, I can't provide it.

The mentioned forms have new IP address

The system may need to be rebooted after changing the ICP/PBX Address

The console wants to connect to the old IP address.
Just uninstall, remove the folder and reinstall it.
This takes less time.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I have done a tlpeter suggested and even deleted registers.
Still the new app wants to connect to old IP.

Registry setting perhaps?

Has this been setup to use Master Profiles?

Take a look in C:\ProgramData\Mitel\MiVoice Business Console\config and open the ConfigWizardSettings xml file and see if the correct IP is there.
