A Sync has never deleted agents, if you delete an Agent from the MCD the MICC will take the stance that you may want to mark this Agent as Historical so reports can still be run and no license consumed. However if you delete them from YSE then they will immediately delete from the Mitel assuming...
Doessnt really look to achieve what you desire but I think its the best you will get
Lower the configured number of hours for which we consider "live" abandoned calls.
From the CCM server, edit the following file with Notepad:
C:\Program Files\prairieFyre Software...
Not sure where your getting that version from but are you running this command from the Shell or the ESM, If the ESM you need to use RESET_ALL_LOGIN_PASSWORDS
The command you have is for the Shell only
4 ports would probably be enough but 5 would be a better option, I have a Cisco 880 in my drawer which says it has 2 ports of POE but I was under the impression there was no firewall support on these and the point of this was to cut down on devices so I could end up in much the same situation...
Anyone using a Broadband Router/Modem that supports BT ADSL (FTTC) without separate modem and also has a POE port that will power a Mitel phone, looking for recommendations thanks.
You dont mention software version, but there is a bug in 8.0 sp2 and maybe earlier versions where this happens. Whilst the phone is ringing press the blue/grey key on the phone and see if this toggles the Name for the number. If it does the Temporary fix is to turn off Alpha Tagging, Long term...
Yes more info maybe there but you havnt clicked on the link as suggested, this opens a text file with full error in it, In your screenshot the word 'Here' is underlined in blue, this is a hyperlink to a error file
You have a problem writing the info to the MCD maybe a number already in use, click on the link more detailed info Here and examine the logs should tell you in there.
I have seen this when the softphone was set as "Not Present" in the Personal ring group, The micollab client still notifies you of the call and also presents the red reject call button but doesnt display the green answer button.
Hi Guys having some issues with giving busy back on DDI's, Mitel are telling me that I need to blank the Auto camp on timer on the trunk cos and this is the only way, but I was always under the impression I could blank the timer on the Extension therefore only affecting one user rather than all...
Yes this did cross my mind, Ive used the same method for restricting CLI in the past for several extensions but was always unsure if Mitel would support dual SIP profiles.
It would complicate the outbound routes somewhat adding another entry to the list, I was kind of hoping there was an easier...
Anyone got a way to restrict the amount of outbound SIP calls without affecting inbound?
Scenario would be 10 SIP trunks for Inbound/Outbound on the MCD/MBG so I want to allow only 8 outbound so incomming calls can always get through.
Had a similar situation previously and the number comes through to the IVR as redirect digits instead of DNIS so had to have a duplicate call flow with a redirect option instead. If you check the port logs you will see if this is the case from the entry that will be somthing like [REDIRECT xxxx]...
