issue changing a name on YSE

Not done much on YSE , we are getting the attached error when trying to change a name on YSE, any ideas....

You have a problem writing the info to the MCD maybe a number already in use, click on the link more detailed info Here and examine the logs should tell you in there.

Yes more info maybe there but you havnt clicked on the link as suggested, this opens a text file with full error in it, In your screenshot the word 'Here' is underlined in blue, this is a hyperlink to a error file
