1 PRI with DID's. The ACD is a DID number. If I forward the ACD to voicemail (7000 in my case) it works fine from the outside.
I'm guessing the issue is related to NCOS. I have no idea how to set NCOS on an ACD.

Pros, I have an ACD number that is forwarded to a cell phone. When I dial the number internally, it forwards just fine. When I dial the number externally, I get a pause then a fast busy.
I assume there is a permissions problem.

OTM has a field for External Call Forward no Answer but when I add 403 or put in the external number it does not "take". That is, after I enter it and click ok, if I go back to the form it is gone.

OK. The ACD trick works.
I made an ACD at dn 403 which night ring forwards to the cell phone just fine.
I am trying to do this with lets say dn 336
However, when I change my HUNT TO and CALL Forward NA to 403, after 4 rings there is a "stutter ring" and the 336 dn just keeps ringing.

Instead of rolling to VM, I would like the forward no answer to go to a cell phone.
I *could* build a dummy ACD with the night ring set to the external number I think, but I am just wondering if there is an easier way to do this?

Well, OTM says Exclusive hold is denied. I went into the console and printed out the station and I cannot find XHA or XHD in the CLS section.
I tried doing a CHG and adding XHD to the CLS but I get a SCH0341 (Unable to match input field with stored mnemonics.)
