ACD NCFW to External Number

Pros, I have an ACD number that is forwarded to a cell phone. When I dial the number internally, it forwards just fine. When I dial the number externally, I get a pause then a fast busy.

I assume there is a permissions problem.

What type of lines do you have ?

1 PRI with DID's. The ACD is a DID number. If I forward the ACD to voicemail (7000 in my case) it works fine from the outside.

I'm guessing the issue is related to NCOS. I have no idea how to set NCOS on an ACD.

Check the NCOS of the trunk and make sure the FRL of the RLB is equal to or lower that number.

look for NCOS

look for FRL of the entry(s)

The FRL of the RLB must be equal to or lower than the NCOS assigned to the trunk.

and check your options, cff looks at the forwarding set for ncos, cfo looks at the forward on the trunk, originalting.. if your using cff then out the acd and put it in on a soft phone, with a higher ncos and use rcfw to send it out
