Are you checking the raw CDR or at reports in a third party CDR system?
It might be that your CDR software is not setup to process the internal call records or maybe ignores them.
Like John says, I don't think there is anything other than icda in the cls required.

that's a good point, when a person has cdr problems, i assume they have bypassed 3rd party software loads. i sorta trust raw data. i have my cdr half tapped so the cdr i am sending to a 3rd party is also buffered on a remote drive..
