Non-Exclusive Hold?

I just got this email from one of my users.
Any ideas?

My line is 226. Greg's line is 713. When I put a call on hold, Greg can pick it up. When Greg puts a call on hold I cannot pick it up. Is this as simple as a setting? We would like it so that we could pick up each others lines when we put them on hold.

change the class mark to xfd.. xfa is exclusive hold allow, it is set based

Well, OTM says Exclusive hold is denied. I went into the console and printed out the station and I cannot find XHA or XHD in the CLS section.

I tried doing a CHG and adding XHD to the CLS but I get a SCH0341 (Unable to match input field with stored mnemonics.)

I guess I negeleted to mention this is an Option 11c switch if that helps.
