Any one have an idea on what an amber light on the SSC card means. I only have a main and a secondary cabinet and no cable between them but yet I have an amber light on both SSC cards. Shouldn't it be red since they have no connection to each other??

Does anyone know if there is a way to display the full number of the set to the end user. With the older sets we used desi lables under the handset. So if someone new was to use the phone they could give out the call back number. Currently it only shows the DN of the set. Thanks in advance.

Yes it clocks off the PBX try reseating the card. Works for me. I have 15 of them. and some of the older ones have senior moments.

BUILD AN ACD AND POINT IT TO CP SDN NUMBER. SDN NUMBER IS THE NUMBER SOMEONE CALLS TO RETRIEVE VOICE MAIL. THIS SHOULD DO THE TRICK.

stat the card and make sure it is enabled. LD 20 STAT X IF DISABLED LD 20 >ENLC X THEN STAT AGAIN, If this does not work disable card, remove the card count to 1o reseat the card. Hopefully it will come up for you.
