MICB port utilization

Question:
Is there a way to set he MICB to release ports on MICB if the particpants or chairperson has not attended so that the ports can be utilized for a different conference?

I can see that you can unlock ports and free ports but this is relying on the Chairperson. I was curious if there is a setting that can be made if the ports do not have any activity

there is a key you can put on any display set to rls members of a conf.. if a person hangs up, that port should go idle..
