What do you want the acd to do ??? Go to vm or another phone another site ????

I just want a call center with a couple of agent, but if I don't know the feature I cannot configure correctly my call center.

MAXP = maximum positions in ACD queue (number of agents)
NCFW = where calls go when ACD queue is in night mode
FRRT = First Ran Route (comfort message)
FRT = First Ran Timer (how many seconds before this message plays)
SRRT = second ran route (will repeat until call is answered)
SRT = Second Ran timer (how many seconds before this message plays again)

That should get you started, unless you need it do more than that.

for rans, (recordings) you'll need a source, and trunks, ran routes,, etc and an scb block in 23.. if you haven't built one and don't have one to learn from, you may want some help or read the merl on ld 23.. nortel has a 40 hour class just on BASIC acd, then 4 more weeks for symposium if that's needed.. i can post an acd group but none of the params (routes mus etc) will be the same in your switch,,
