Maybe you should do the collection of data more frequent?
I've scheduled to run the collection / Costing once a day.
how many records do you have in the Call Database? ( i've got 40.000 from the last 2 months). When you archive the data it's around 5 Mb for 20000 records, so to get 1 Gb.... hmmm...
Do you know if you can change the content it is displaying on this board?
Now all I see is: number of agents logged in : callswaiting : time of waiting.
Do you know if there are more options ???
press CTRL and select the phones that you want to have removed.
Goto edit, global update.
there you can find the SSTAT ( sync status )
in the Old Value field type *
in the new Value field select New
Click on ADD and click on OK.
The Sync status is now set to "new"
Now you can delete these phones.
here's an idea.
Get ERD commander boot cd from Winternals.
Put the HDD in a computer as the only harddrive in the machine.
Boot the machine with the ERD commander boot CD.
Use the locksmith to clear the password.
If you want to replace the harddrive use ghost to copy 1 drive to the other.

http://ip_address_otm_server/admin
Do a global update, and change the SStat from * to New.
Now you can delete all the phones in the OTM. ( it will not sync to the PBX because it's set to NEW )
Do a retrieve and your database is correct according to the PBX.
