do you have a cdr buffer that lost it's output device?..
My CDR has not worked since I came here two months ago. I have inherited a seriosly neglected switch so I've been going through and cleaning up things as I can. CDR is on that list but it hasn't been a high priority.
We use OTM for CDR data, for some reason I'm unable to get it restarted. I think the TTY port it was using is out of wack.
that makes sense, the cdr buffer looks full, just go to your routes and mark cdr=no until you have time to address that one. i know what your going through, i've only had this one for a few months and still find some strange stuff. marp was OFF, turning that on cause 100's of problems but i can't work without it.. so good luck
Guys, any luck in resolving IOD365 and IOD370 messages? Based on what I read candrews11, you're using buffer unit to collect CDR record versus I'm using DBA to collect CDR and Traffic record and still getting same IOD messages. Just wondering if you know any multiple sessions of TBS are running at the same time? Did the IOD messages go away after the OTM server is rebooted in the case of mine.
Found out this problem started when I installed Remote Desktop software on the server.
I've had my server connected to OTM, then connected my desktop to OTM with the remote software. Then I received the IOD370 messages.
When I closed Terminated data buffering & access from the server, the IOD730 messages are gone.
if you go to the routes and change cdr to no, that is a permanent fix.. ld 21 ltm will show you the routes and members prt rdb will print each route and ld 14 chg rdb will let you adjust them.. you don't have to down or out trunks to change the cdr prompt. some changes require you out the trunks then the route then the d then put them back in
If you want to stop this, there is a patch that you can get from Nortel for the PBX and OTM. It relates to the DBA buffer and it not clearing when new sessions are started. The buffer should clear when new sessions are started.
PBX patch number: MPLR16561
OTM patches: 20050p28 and 20137p08
If you are on OTM 2.10 or newer these patches, for OTM, have been integrated.
