I had the same problem when the MAS Link Handler #2 error filled up the event logs.
Had to manually disable that service to stop the error from logging every minute.

Sometimes I have similiar problems with Hyperterminal when setting up CDR/ACD capturing.
I found that sometimes you will have to change the setting called "Force incoming data to 7-bit ASCII". This can be found in the Settings-->ASCII Setup.

I think I heard somewhere that SU03 solves a problem where duting the midnight routine, the processor runs in 100%. Maybe this is the cause...

I did have this problem before in my 1.07 version intermittenly. There is a patch that you need to install. Can't remember the patch number though...

I think there is a faster way. I did the same thing by using CLS.
For restricting DID calls, change UDI to RDI.
For limiting user to call internal only change the TLD to SRE.

You can use the MTE software(client) to log in to the MAX system and pull out the report. Another way is to use the modem port and login as "maxusr". You will then need to key-in your supervisor Id and password. Its best you check with your vendor for the paswords.

Just wanted to share this info with you. I have been using a software called MTS TABSWIN system for my call accounting for some years now. So far, this is the best I've seen for Nortel CDR.
