Hi.. Sometimes I have similiar problems with Hyperterminal when setting up CDR/ACD capturing. I found that sometimes you will have to change the setting called "Force incoming data to 7-bit ASCII". This can be found in the Settings-->ASCII Setup. Hope this helps. Cheers.

Hi guys, I think there is a faster way. I did the same thing by using CLS. For restricting DID calls, change UDI to RDI. For limiting user to call internal only change the TLD to SRE. Hope this helps.

Hi, I had the same problem. I can istall it but cannot use. I downloaded the updated software with the help of my vendor and it can now work in my XP.

Just wanted to share a similar problem we encountered. We had the same problem and found out it was the SCSI cable. Hard to believe, but its true. :p
