Call Pilot busies out during midnight routines 1

I am having an issue with a Call Pilot 2.02 system. The system uses the Mgate card for it's ports. During the midnight routines the menu services route to the hospital operator which is the default route for the whole system. It sounds like the call pilot ports are being busied out during the midnight routines. Anyone ran into this before?
 
haven't seen that one, what are you backing it up to? and check the backup schedule to make sure it's correct, don't do the backup at the same time as your switch midn, stat the channels during the backup to be sure that they are maint busy, not just logged out.. what is the backup status the next day?

I checked the backup schedule on the Call Pilot. It's set to run once a week and well before the midnight routines run on the PBX.

Since the midnight routines run at 2:00 in the morning, I have not been able to schedule a time to be onsite to check the status of the voice mail ports during this time.

I think I heard somewhere that SU03 solves a problem where duting the midnight routine, the processor runs in 100%. Maybe this is the cause...

Why not upgrade the SU?
