CallPilot "Ring no Answer"

Having an intermittent problem with CP sometimes we get Ring No Answer...I have verified all CH's are working. Does anyone know of a patch for this?

Hi,

I did have this problem before in my 1.07 version intermittenly. There is a patch that you need to install. Can't remember the patch number though...

this can be a result of all cha busy, you will not get a busy, the call will cue to ringback. have you tested each channel to make sure one port is not bad? i've had that problem in the past. if so you've ruled out hardware, a know patch might be the only answer

I have ruled bad CH but can't find a patch that will correct the problem.
