I am thinking about getting a new telecom job. I left the industry in 2007 while working on G3si, G3R and the new S8700s and G650s. Are there still a lot of definity products out there?
Can I just jump back in? I primarily was working on corporate sites and call centers.
I have had similar issues with my linksys router. I have tried different cards and it happens with each of them. Seems to happen when I leave the PC for awhile and com back. Each time I have to unplug the router and plug it back in and it picks right up. I thought it was the firmware but i...
CMS should FTP the report to a folder on the BP database server. The server then imports the data using the BP exchange manager. The report was created by the BP/CMS professional services i believe. I think it is called an intrahour historical split/skill report.
If you have the headset plugged into the handset port, the handset needs to be removed when using the headset. If you have the headset plugged into the actual headset port and you are using a programmed headset button, you should be able to leave the handset on the cradle.
queenie,
I am having the same issue. All my settings appear to be correct. Just wont work on my 8700's. I have a G3si v10 and it works fine on this system. when I list trace it he says i needs the dis supervision turned on but it is already on for both. Must be missing something.
You can always use IP Agent in telecommuter mode with the desktop phones. This is an easy way to configure screen pops through IP Agent. Check the compatability with 9.5 though. I am not sure what release allows IP Agent.
Are you running automatic scripts? If you are, see if you can run other reports using the auto script. Sometimes I have trouble running them when I am logged into Centrevu. Try setting up some scripts to run and then logout of Centrevu and see if they run.
Sounds good. Thanks for your help. If you have them in a rack, I would like to see a picture of them if you have one.
Thanks,
Is the S8700 duplicated? are there 2 S8700's?
I am planning on installing 5 G650's. They will all plug into an Avaya 3000VA UPS. The amp rating on the UPS is 15 amps and each G650 has a rating of 25 amps. What amp rating do I need to have on the circuit that the UPS plugs into? Is it a 15 amps circuit just for the UPS or do I need like...
Talk with Avaya support. If you have USB, see if they will give you the new style USB hardware key. We have had less problems since this key was installed. It may correct your issue.
What version of Outlook are you using? I had to downgrade to Outlook 2000 with no security patches to make this work. Outlook would not let another program send email on its behalf due to security in the newer versions.
I hang a handset on a pc speaker that will play the wav. file. If you hang the handset on the top of the speaker, the part of the handset that you speak into is laying up against the speaker to record the announcement. Then you just play the announcement through the pc and use the feature codes...
