change announcement 1 command not working?

We have a G3Rv11 PBX and I cannot use the "change announcement 1" command. I can change announcements 100 and up, but nothing with single or double digits. I have tried terranova, ASA, and the SAT terminal.
Anyone else having this trouble?

Maybe you could type "cha announcement" and then search for the one that you want to change. May work.

No, it doesn't work. Unfortunately this command requires the qualifier. (1-1000) I am trying to change number 23.

Try 023...or copy the announcement to a higher number like 123.

It is a db corruption in the PBX. The Avaya corruption group is working on the problem. Once they fix these errors, we should be able to issue the correct commands.
