Phone Label Templates

Anyone know where I can buy templates to print new labels for my 8410D phones?

I used to be able to get them from a printing company called Blankenship and Walker. Haven't used them in a couple of years, but here's the number I had for them: (877) 704-9772.

We have enjoyed using PBX Stripmaker, produced by an Avaya tech privately. Licensing fee is reasonable and the sofware is compatible with NT, ME up through XP. Find more info with Vern Baker at
