Ive got several systems installed with no problems...
Is there anything else plugged into the outlet with the phone system???
Do you have any hookups to the analog ports that may be more then the REN allows......
just curious as to why you spent the bucks for cat5....
it really isnt needed for voice........but never hurts.....
how did you terminate it??? I use alot of 25pr. cat5, I dont recall seeing that violet/slate seperate...you might want to check with the mfg. website.......Im curious also.
Is this a fairly new acs install?
Was the system purchased new or refurbed?
What other phones are on the system?
Do you have any single-line phones attached to the system?
If you have the manual, you might want to default the system or do a reset. Then see what happens.
